Make a budget- Fist and the foremost step is to preserve what you have, cut the expenses. and for that you will need a budget. The budget where you will keep all your earning and expenses on a chart.

Save money_ the next step is to save or to cut off unnecessary expenses. Once you are done making the flow chat of your budget then look at it and see what unnecessary expenses are being made, where you can deduct from.

Example ; if you have high electricity bill then start paying attention to it, switch off the lights and other electric items while going out of the house. Try using efficient sources of lights. Now a days there are various options available in the market which consumes very less energy and renders you with a much less electric bill.

Save every penny that you can. At first it will look crazy but once you will get adapted to the circumstances the results will be great.

Invest- Now once you have the all the savings, Invest. There are various investment deals and programs out there in market where you can invest and earn some profit. 

Do not invest everything at one place- The most people invest all at once which is a really bad idea. While investing the money, never invest all of it at one place. Have several options and schemes, break down your money and invest. This is the best way for safe earning. The main theory behind it is that while investing the money in anything you will always have 50-50 chances of profit and loss so if you would invest all your money in the single deal the loss could be huge. Perfection is, broadly, a state of completeness and flawlessness.Perfection is when a teacher reads an essay and sees that, that is what he needed from the student, the whole motive behind rendering the topic to the student is achieved. Perfection when a chef makes a recipe which delights your taste buds and you know that nothing could be add or deducted from it, its just perfect, its all you needed. It takes years of hard work and dedication to gain perfection, so it must be admired.

The engineers goes through hundreds and hundreds of difficulties to make a perfect turbine jet engine which makes the flight possible, even a miniscule problem could cost hundreds of lives. It is being perfected, eliminating every problems and also checked for hours; only then a design is approved and the flights becomes safe for traveling. A turbine jet engine is a paradigm of perfection Which is attained by hundreds of hard working engineers who works day and night to make that perfect engine.                   
The perfection must always be lauded and respected. Because it is one quality which inspires other people. When a perfect machine is made it also sets example for other people and they envy it and tries to achieve that same level of perfection. The education plays a very important role in the formation of a good human being. It is like water to the plant". But it is very certain that only water is insufficient for the growth of a plant, it needs more than that. Same way only education is not important, there are also various other things which plays their own role in making a human successful. The proper guidance, motivation, experiences, upbringing, and also the society in which the man lives.
The education system in most of the countries is incapable of creating a good human or to make them capable of facing challenges presented in the real world outside those collage or high school walls. The reason why the education is unable to render them those skills and qualities which they would require to face the real world is probably because, the education system hadn't adapted the changes. "A rigid system is likely to parish, the system which keeps changing and adapting according to the time, challenges and environment shall survive and in making of our education system it is the same scenario. Our education system is the last one to be brought under consideration and never improved.
           The education system is incapable of searching and exploring the ingenious of a child, this is the sole reason why most successful men are the C graders. What happens is that the most common situation with A graders is that they are most likely to be crammers, With B graders they are most likely to be forced by their parents, But the generous breed the C graders are the one who listens to themselves; The major quality that is being found in most successful person is that they listen to themselves. These students rather then taking the common path they follows their heart, their own interests and becomes resilient toward it and achieves success.

A wise person is a man the ability to discern or judge what is true, right, or lasting. There are various factors which plays their own part to exalt a man to a wise man. Education and experience are the two ingredients in the making of a recipe of wise man. The education from early time had not only helped the man to learn but also helped to elevate moral values. As the definition stands that a wise person has the ability to judge what is right, true and lasting. In the manner to assess something that whether it is right or not the education plays its part But a wise man also has the ability to know what's true and right;both these qualities comes from experience. When a person have the knowledge of the society and its moral values then only a person can stand as per the definition of wise man.
                          Every man is a wise one at some point of time in his life when you offers a seat to a old lady standing in the bus you act wisely, when you bargain with the shopkeeper and save money you act wisely. Humbleness , down to earth and being there when some one needs you are the contents of wisdom which can only be gained from education and experience.

He in his entire life time had said many remarkable things but i certainly disagree with his statement that "Money had never made a man happy, and nor will it. There is nothing in its nature which produce happiness". He for sure seems to have ignore the fact that, it is the money which allows people to feed their children, that enables the people to buy cloth they wear, that allows people to get good education from a good institute and also allow people to get treated from a good physician when they are ill.
                                                                                                            Eyes were focused on the road, the paddles of cycle are moving with uniformity, his torn and dirty cloths giving brief of his financial status. All of a sudden there was a noise of an accident. At the next moment the man was lying on the ground with a bleeding knee, moaning in pain. There was a black Mustang which was the cause of it. The presented is a scenario of one of many slum schools around the world. The children with no future, they have no interest in algebra, Shakespeare or Columbus all they need and dream of is food. The hungry mind can't learn anything their parents feeding them with whatever they earn and themselves sleeping hungry at nights. If they would have money they would have feed their children and live a happy and comfortable life. Here is where one realizes the importance of money.
                                     
                                                                           The poor people is the most neglected species in the world. A man once said "the shackles of poverty impedes a the poor people from succeeding". Almost 65% poor in the world lives in India. Each year thousands die without proper treatment of their illness. Thousands of infants die and many suffer through permanent illness; the diseases which could be cured by the basic vaccination but if you are poor you cannot get your child vaccinated because vaccination also requires money. Every year when cold wave hits India hundreds of people die, mostly poor people who have no money to buy equipment to keep their abodes warm. There are total over 820 million chronically hungry people in the world. 1/3rd are from India. Over 20 million people in India sleeps hungry every night. Over 70,000 people die from hunger every year. Even the poor people are being used and tortured by other people. In India, the drugs before release in the market are being tested on human being, they are being tested on poor for a light sum of money.

           Money helps one to feed them and their family, it allows them to wear comfortable cloths, go to proper schools, graduate from a good collage, to keep the house warm in the winter and cold in summer, it allows people to get proper treatment when they are suffering from illness. Muzaffarnagar Riot

A man once said that "a group have no brain"; if you would tell a Muslim person to burn a temple chances are that he wont do it, but in the same place if you put a group of people they wouldn't think twice before implementing the command. After a long history of feuds between Hindus and Muslims. The conditions had finally began to appear at ease, but the event took place earlier today have changed entire scenario. A riot broken out in Muzaffarnagar, India. According to the most recent news 25 men have been dead this far, the army have sealed the area but the situation still remains critical.

                                                                                                              It all had came as shock to us, listening about this wistful incident. Due to only few handful people in command or the masterminds, innocent people died for no reason. Is human life have become so cheap? the heard of people never think that the person dying could be their own brother or sister. We all are brothers and sisters, isn't that's what they say in Indian constitution. This is a very shameful act. History has it that nothing comes out of violence, the very best yield is always result of a polite talk.

The need of creativity today

Creativity is a phenomenon whereby something new and valuable is created (such as an idea, a joke, a literary work, a painting or musical composition, a solution, an invention etc.). The creativity from early ages, have been a dire deed of the world. The obstacles keep emerging time to time, and sometimes to tackle these obstacles the old methods turn out to be archaic. There emerges the need of of innovation. As goes an old adage that" necessity is the mother of invention". Although this is not entirely a proper statement. The main ingredient of the recipe is missing,which is creativity. The creativity accompanied with resilience leads to invention. He who denies to fail, to back down, unsatisfied with the existing discoveries;the creativity that appeared as an idea in his mind, and he who possess the resilience would stand tall and become an inventor.
 Like Edison, who was creative enough to think about a glowing ball which would put end to the darkness in homes and was resilient enough to try for thousand time which finally lead to the discovery of light bulb in 1879.

In which they have divided creativity into various fields creativity in learning, solving everyday problem and professional use. A normal person uses his creativity without noticing. When one is getting late for a meeting he brushes his teeth while taking shower or while one is working on a science project and he comes up with an very unique idea of solving the technical problem or chefs in hotels inventing new recipes or when a children writing an essay comes up with examples from his life. It was an tough challenge for Tom Wright but he and his team surmounted this challenge using their creativity and came up with an effective infrastructural plan. Which yielded as Al Muntaha, a restaurant located 200 meter above Persian gulf, offering a view of Dubai and rendering the guests with a fell of floating in mid air. This all is outcome of the creativity of Tom Wright and his team who made this dream of Shaikh possible.
                                      Not only in inventing but the creativity is eclectic, it is being used in various other fields. As the businesses over the world are booming, the company needs effective and dedicated workers, but as the competition increases the workers have multiple choices available for them. And it is the company's responsibility to withhold their most valuable asset, so they come up with various plans to keep their workers happy and loyal to the business. They bring new schemes for the workers, paid holidays, insurances, holiday packages,perks e.t.c to keep the workers happy. At Facebook office, the kitchen staff puts out food carts that offer hot dogs, pizza or tacos along the main walkway. And Facebook has two main eateries to feed its staff — Epic Cafe and Cafe 18 — which can seat hundreds of the young, T-shirt-clad, smart and pretty people, most of whom are under 30. All food is free, day and night. The Google office have on site gym cafes and massage programs for their employees.
 As the world is growing, the challenges faced are growing too. So we are in dire need of creativity.

How can a government make a country successful?

A government is a group of people which governs a community or a country. A government holds the responsibility of governing and elevating a country's national standards. 85 percent of the countries are democratic. A democracy is the form of government elected by the people for the people. In a democratic country people choose their leaders by voting. Those leaders represents a group of people and take care of their needs. But these days when national as well international economy are taking a dip. The prices of all the basic things required for survival are on a hike. And the government is unable to astute the situation and acting like a neophyte.

                                                                                  The government must take the responsibility and pave the situation in time before its too late. According to a recently conducted survey 75 percent of poor people lives in India, which claims to be the one of the largest growing economy in the world. The government must take proper steps and help the people when they need it the most. Like at this proper moment the government must take legitimate steps to improve the current conditions of country. 

                                                                  The government must provide jobs to the poor people so that they will be able to feed their family properly. And also provide good education to the poor children without showing any racism. The education is the only bond which can bound all the citizens as one. When the citizen will work as one it will lead the development of the country.

Should sports classes be sacrificed at high school?

The real life starts at high school, it is the first step towards the real world. The high school is the stage when children must become serious about their career  and start studying hard to get admission to a good college which will lead them to a good life.

                                        At the high school children went through a lot of pressure. The pressure of study, the pressure to fulfill the expectations of his/her parents and his own expectations. At this point a children should be guided properly by his teachers and parents and must be supported as well. The children himself must take part in the decision making process because most of parents neglect the interests of children rather then they force their choices and their expectations on their child. They try to make them what they can’t be.

                                                                                 At some point the parents choice must also be taken under consideration because they are the parents and you owe them too. So at high school the children must be ready to face the challenge and study hard in the manner to achieve his goal. In most of the schools the sports classes are being skipped by the administration because they think that children must give maximum amount of time to their academics. At some point this is true but a student must be given some free time in which he can relax his mind and according to the recent research it is being found out that for a student sport is the best way to relax his mind. So taking it under consideration, the students must not sacrifice their sports classes.

Doctors: Changing faiths

The doctors are considered to be the god's apprentice. In ancient Egypt the citizens use to worship the doctors as gods. But these days the image of doctors are drastically changing. The doctors are considering rich patients as their paramount and are no more faithful to their patients. Rather then treating their patients and making them live a healthy life they are just chasing money.

                                                            From the ages there had been a certain economy which is being established and conducted by the community. In which they have set a few rules that one must return the favor of other. Earlier there was barter system, in which the people exchanges their goods. Then came the money, and the entire economy became unidirectional. For buying anything you need money . If you want service of doctor you must pay the price.For a certain period of time things went smoothly . But in past few decades, the motives, the ideology and their minds directly shifted from treating their patients to treating rich patients. Patients are not parallel no more, money holder had been given the privilege of being treated well.

                                                    These days two activities are most in demand which are plastic surgery and muscle implantation. Both of them are highly profitable and have also gained global attention recently. The number of doctors practicing these two operations have highly increased. 45000 is the number of plastic surgery conducted around the globe. A total worth of 50 million spend on plastic surgeries, making it one of the most profitable business of all time.

                                                                                          Approx 10 million people dies each year around the world  seeking proper medical attention. Each year approximately 35% of the cancer patients are being treated and saved out of which 33% of them belongs to rich families. The people are loosing their faith which they have from ages in doctors.

Time: Wasting it?

Wasting time should be considered as sin. So here i am sitting idle in a class of mine with no one around me. The thing is simple my opinion is the same as some of you, i hate to waste my time. And in particular i am talking about the classes, most of the time is being wasted here. I think that a person should take the task knowing his limits and his capabilities. If you are not capable of doing the task which is assigned to you, deny it at once because in that way the person might feel bad at fist but the huge amount of time that he was investing in you would be saved. 

                                              What i am recommending here is check the the listing, rating and achievement rates of any institute,school or collage before you put yourself into it. Do the research, don't trust blindly on anyone.

Its time for a change

Men are considered as the supreme power by our community and society. Men from ages till now are being encouraged and provided opportunities but on the other hand woman are being restricted till the edge of the house only. There could be only two prime reasons behind it. One that the men are overprotective, they don’t want their wife to go out  because of the increasing rates of sexual crimes. The second reason is that they simply don’t want them to go out because they want to show them that they are under command and without their permission they can not do anything or go anywhere. The second reason is the most effective one according to recently conducted research. As we take a look around the globe the situation seems to be worst. Every 12 seconds a woman is beaten in USA. 4 women are killed everyday by their husbands or partners. 60% woman are battered woman are beaten while they are pregnant. In Afghanistan only 14 percent of women can read and write. Women are prohibited from leaving their house unless they are being escorted by the male member. Every 30 minuet a women dies from the pregnancy issues.

                         The same is happening around the world, women are not being treated properly,they are being discriminated, rejected, threatened and even killed and no one till this date have raised voice in favor of them. 60% woman are battered woman are beaten while they are pregnant. Every time a girl is being killed or raped people ignore it, they say that it was not our relative or friend it was her fault why was she out that late in the night or why did she went there. We must be ashamed of our self. The bond of humanity is being broken. We are becoming inhuman, we are loosing all our emotions. We only care for ourselfs, we are becoming animals. Its time for the revolution. If we want to bring justice and if still somewhere in those cold hearts some humanity is left, then we must stand as one and bring justice. Think every victim as your mother and sister and fight for them till your last breath. Die like a brave man, doing good or be a coward and live rest of your measurable life in shadows till some one very close to you suffers as they are suffering right now. Be human, Support them because there is no world without women.

The night witch[part-1]

There i was moving on my bike, barely able to see anything. It was the darkest night of the month i think. It was a rough way to travel. My ride was bumping due to the small holes present in the way. Cold was at its peak, Even after wearing layers of cloths, it fells like my skin is naked in front of that cold wave of wind. My mind went blank due to the cold. I forgot my gloves at home so, i was unable to fell my hands. It was a bad decision i thought, in half way from my home to village.  It was like a kind of battle between me and the cold wave. In which i was helpless and loosing. 

                                                              My mother said that it was a bad idea, the moment i told her that i need to go to the village to see my granny. And now me also regretting the decision. But now there was no turning back. I could see all those paddy fields smiling at my face. They were standing still, in cold water, looking at me like they want to say something to me, like they were anxious to tell me something. While i was busy in all these thoughts of mine. I saw something, Like a human, a few meters away from me. That was wickedly strange. A person at this time in the night, it was a impossible task I reached closer to it, it looks like a women who was wearing a white saree. When i reached near her she asked for help, she told me that she is going to a fort near our village and asked me to drop her. I never really was a Doubtful person but this time a question do popped in my mind.

I asked-"Why are you going there, at this time, all on your on?"

She said-"There are few rituals which i have to conduct in the memory of my dead husband"

I said OK,hope on, i will drop you there.She said "thanks" and i start driving again.
